員工的健康以及可持續的工作生活型態,一直是麥肯錫對顧問關注的重點。在麥肯錫台北分公司,每週三次的 CrossFit 訓練及從去年 2016 年運動會開始的 "Biggest Loser challenge" (體重控制競賽),不僅可提升顧問的健康狀態,也提供了另一個同仁間交流的絕佳機會。歷經三個多月的 CrossFit 訓練,許多同仁在各個項目的體能表現上都大幅超越了原先個人基準 (>30%),心神體態都變得更加強健!

Work hard, exercise even harder. That sums up how some of the folks in McKinsey’s Taipei office like to do things. A bunch of us have been getting together regularly at a nearby gym for some rounds of intensive CrossFit training to make sure we stay fit and trim. It’s also been a great way to reconnect with each other in a more fun and relaxed atmosphere.
